A: It arrives in Hong Kong within approximately 3-5 business days (business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong and Canada).
Q2. How is the package delivered?
A: SF Express Canada delivers directly to any SF Express pickup point/residential/business address.
Q3. How long is the storage period at the Canadian pickup point? A: Upon receiving any email notification that your order has been shipped to your Canadian delivery point, you must immediately complete the order form, select the product type, and provide the shipping company, tracking number, and brand in the "Notes" section. Please refer to the order information format for details. The first 10 calendar days from the day your order arrives at your Canadian delivery point are free of charge. Starting on the 11th day, a $7 daily storage fee will be charged. Please complete your order and pay for shipping within 31 calendar days of your order's delivery to your Canadian delivery point. If any storage fee is required, please pay it on the same day as shipping. Otherwise, your order will be deemed as scrapped.
Q4. How can I check the status of my shipment?
A: Please pay attention to the emails sent by cashophkg/online orders. You will receive an email with shipping charges 1-3 business days after receiving your order in Canada. Please deposit your payment as soon as possible so that it can be shipped from our Canadian warehouse as soon as possible.
Received your order [Completed]. You will receive a pickup notification from SF Express (Hong Kong) in approximately 7-14 days. Please download the SF Express app and register your delivery phone number to track your delivery status.
Q5. When will shipping be charged?
A: Shipping charges will be added to your order once the order arrives at the Canadian delivery point. Please pay attention to this email or log in to your account. Please complete payment as soon as possible.
Q6. What should I do if the package I ordered is much larger than the actual size?
A: Our repackaging service is designed to help customers save on shipping costs. If the package you ordered is larger than the actual size, you can request repackaging on your order or contact us to request repackaging. We'll use the original box provided by the seller and repack it by cutting the sides and reducing the height, thus reducing the size and saving shipping costs.
Q7. What payment methods are available for shipping?
A: ATM/Bank Transfer/FPS (in Hong Kong Dollars)
Q8. Will taxes be applied upon delivery to the Canadian destination?
A: Some shipments from the US to Canada are subject to taxes. If any shipment is subject to taxes, it will be refused without notifying the customer.
Q9. Will the shipment be unpacked in Canada?
A: Due to the legalization of marijuana in Canada, shipments will be unpacked in Canada for inspection before being reshipped to Hong Kong. If any prohibited items are found, the shipment will not be shipped from Canada, and no refund or compensation will be made.
Q10. What should I do if I discover any damage or an incorrect quantity of goods after receiving the package?
A: No compensation will be provided for any damage. If the quantity of goods is incorrect, please contact the brand. If the entire package is lost, please contact SF Express (Hong Kong).
