Traditionally Bhringaraj is used in Ayurvedic medicines/ herbal medicines as Rasayana (Rejuvenation). Eclipta Prostrata is the most common and effective ingredient used in hair oils in India. 3 gms 1-2 times daily for adults. 1 serving = 1 gm = 1/4 teaspoon. Dissolve 1/4 tsp of Bhringaraj powder to 1 cup of warm water and drink immediately.
