Q3. How many days is the storage period at the Canadian delivery point?
A: When customers receive any email notifying that the goods have been shipped to the Canadian delivery point, they must immediately fill in the order, select the type of goods, fill in the mailing company, tracking number, order brand in the remarks, and refer to the order information format. The first 10 calendar days from the day the goods are delivered to the Canadian delivery point are free of charge; starting from the 11th day, a storage fee of $7 will be charged daily. Please complete your order and pay the freight within 31 calendar days from the time the shipment arrives at the Canadian delivery point. If there is any storage fee, please pay it on the same day as the freight payment, otherwise it will be treated as waste.
Q4. How can I know the status of my shipment?
A: Please pay attention to the emails/website orders sent by cashophkg. 1-3 working days after receiving the goods in Canada, customers will receive an email update on the added shipping fee. Please deposit the amount as soon as possible so that it can be shipped from the Canadian warehouse as soon as possible.
Received the order [completed], received the information notification from Hong Kong SF Express in about 7-14 days to pick up the goods, please download the SF Express APP to register the delivery phone number to track the status.
Q5. When will the shipping fee be charged?
A: When the goods arrive at the Canadian delivery point, the shipping fee will be added to the customer's order. Please pay attention to the email or log in to your account to check, and please complete the payment as soon as possible.
Q6. What should I do if the package volume of the ordered goods is much larger than the actual volume?
A: The repackaging service is specially designed for customers to save on transshipment shipping costs. If the packaging volume of the goods ordered by the customer is larger than the actual volume, you can indicate repackaging on the order/contact our store to choose the repackaging service. Use the original box provided by the seller to repack the goods by splitting the four sides to reduce the height, thereby reducing the volume of the goods and saving shipping costs.
Q7. What payment methods are available to pay for logistics freight?

Q8. Will there be any tax when the goods are delivered to the receiving point in Canada?
A: Some shipments from the United States to Canada will be subject to taxes. If the delivery point encounters any shipment that is subject to taxes, it will be rejected without notifying the customer.
Q9. Will the shipment be unpacked in Canada?
A: As marijuana is legalized in Canada, the goods will be unpacked in Canada to check for prohibited items before being forwarded to Hong Kong. If prohibited items are found, they will not be shipped from Canada and no refund/compensation will be made.
Q10. What should I do if I find any damage inside the package or the quantity of goods is incorrect after receiving it?
A: No compensation will be given for any damage. If the quantity of goods is incorrect, please contact the brand for processing. If the entire item is lost, please contact Hong Kong SF Express for processing.
