We provide 24-hour online service, but please pay attention to a few details before placing an order:

(1) You have booked a flight or ferry departing from Taoyuan Airport, Songshan Airport or Keelung Port International Line. Currently, this website only provides reservation services from 7 days to 4 hours before your flight departure. Please confirm your flight information (provided by the Ministry of Transportation's PTX platform) and complete your reservation within this time.

Please note that the so-called " 7 days to 4 hours" booking time is calculated based on the "hour" and "minute" of flight departure. For example, if the flight time is 1:31 pm on May 30, the earliest booking time is 1:31 pm on May 23, and the latest booking time is 9:29 am on May 30.
