Pickup Service Fee & Courier Services

This fee applies to orders that require door-to-door pickup service.
After you submit your address and preferred pickup time through the shipment information form, our staff will confirm whether pickup service is needed and provide this payment link accordingly.
Please include your original order number in the notes when completing the payment so we can arrange the pickup service for you.

The door-to-door pickup service is charged per unit, at CAD $10 per unit.
The required number of units depends on the pickup distance, which will be confirmed by our staff.
Please purchase the specified quantity after confirmation to complete the pickup fee payment.

Example:

- Short distance: 1 unit (CAD $10)
- Medium distance: 2 units (CAD $20)
- Long distance: 3 units or more, as confirmed by our team
